Key Techniques
Chemiluminescence Immunoassay (CLIA) System
The CLIA system utilizes two key technologies: one is labeling technology, which determines the reaction mode, and the other is separation technology, which ensures sensitivity, accuracy, and reagent precursors.
Product Advantages
Comprehensive test menu with over 210 parameters.
High throughput, up to 200 tests per hour.
Reliable performance with lower breakdown rates.
Same reagent packages available across instrument series.
Integrated reagent kits with internal controls and FOC calibrators.
Easy maintenance and excellent service support.
Labelling Technology
Two types of labeling technologies are commonly used: one is enzyme labels, and the other is small non-enzyme molecules. Enzyme-labeled reagents are relatively unstable and easily affected by changes in storage conditions.
The MAGLUMI system employs the ABEI label. ABEI is a small non-enzyme molecule with a specialized molecular formula designed to enhance stability in both acidic and basic buffers.
Using rapid chemiluminescence, the chemical reaction of ABEI with sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) completes the process in just 3 seconds.
Separation Technology
MAGLUMI uses nano magnetic microbeads as its separation technology, which has been widely applied in the field of CLIA. Compared to traditional separation technologies, it offers the following advantages:
Shortens reaction time by enclosing the antigen-antibody reaction area.
Enhances sensitivity by capturing antigens and antibodies more efficiently and rapidly.
Reduces inter- and intra-assay variability significantly by thoroughly mixing reagents within the liquid separation platform.
Improves accuracy by efficiently binding antibodies and antigens through chemical reactions.
